The rules are simple: Bend any of our bars shown below (in under 60 seconds to a distance of 3″ from end-to-end) with a maximum of two layers of hand wraps on each end. You can use any part of the body to accomplish the bend. Text the owner at 302-690-7039 when you have bent a new bar. We will place you on the leaderboard right away.
