Make Forearm Training Fun Again

On a beautiful late spring afternoon, a decade or so ago, two young men graduated from the same college. They were very much alike. Both had been athletes growing up, both were personable, and both – as young college graduates are – were filled with ambitious dreams for the future.

Recently, these men returned to their college for their tenth reunion.

They were still very much alike.

Both were happily married. Both had two children. And both, it turned out, had joined the same strength-training gym after graduation, and were still there working out daily.

But there was a difference. One of the men was barely making any gains in the weight room. The other had wrists and forearms so muscular he had trouble buttoning his cuffs.

What Made The Difference

Have you ever wondered, as I have, what makes this kind of difference in people’s lives? It isn’t natural intelligence or talent.

It isn’t that one person wants success and the other doesn’t.

The difference lies in what each person knows and how he or she makes use of that knowledge.

And that is why I am talking to you and to people like you about an exercise called short steel bending. For that is the whole purpose of The Short Steel Bending Company: To give people the knowledge – and tools – they can use to develop the grip strength and forearm muscles of their dreams.

Big Forearms Means Big Power

This exercise is today’s best-kept secret for building thick slabs of arm muscle. It’s a mix of brutality and finesse. In a matter of no time your wrists and forearms will thicken to grotesque proportions. This in turn leads to an increased sense of fearlessness.

If you have never bent steel, you cannot imagine how powerful this feeling is.

In fact, earlier today I finished a steel bending workout and immediately noticed the all-familiar jump in my confidence levels. I was on cloud nine for hours.

A Hobby Unlike Any Other

You see, short steel bending is not just a unique forearm muscle-building workout. It’s the hobby you never knew you wanted. Crack open a beer, turn on your favorite music, and get to work turning steel bars into useless junk.

That sounds like a perfect Friday night to me.

One customer of ours (Ben B. from Indiana) was quoted as saying it “has become my new addiction,” while another (Stephen B. from Washington) touted that “a new hobby has been unlocked, and I’m pretty sure that my beard grew an inch just from bending steel.”

Those are only two examples of the many five-star reviews we’ve gathered over the years.

An Investment In Forearm Strength Success

About those two college classmates I mentioned at the beginning of this letter: They graduated from college together and both started their journeys into adulthood together. They both began on equal footing. So, how come the results of their strength-training routines were so lopsided?

One found The Short Steel Bending Company. The other didn’t.

We cannot promise you that forearm strength success will instantly be yours if you start bending steel (patience, my friend). But I can guarantee you will find short steel bending always interesting, unusually satisfying, and never dull.

Make forearm training fun again.
