PRIVACY (We’re Not Selling Your Info)

What we collect: Email, phone number, mailing address. That’s it.

When we collect it: Only after you order something from us. We’re not scraping data or buying email lists.

What we do with it: Keep track of customers, fulfill orders, and handle returns/refunds. That’s the complete list.

What we DON’T do with it: Sell it. Share it. Rent it. Trade it. Give it away to marketing companies. Spam you with bullshit offers from “partners.”

Your information stays with us. Period. That’s our promise.

Your credit card info: We never see your full credit card number. Ever. Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard) handle that entirely. We literally CAN’T access your card details even if we wanted to. Which we don’t.

Bottom line: Your data is safe. We’re not in the business of selling information. We’re in the business of selling steel. That’s it.

If We Screw Up

Mistakes happen. Humans pack these orders. Humans make errors.

If we send you:

Wrong bars (you ordered 390s, got 450s)
Wrong quantity (you paid for 25, got 15)
Damaged steel (bent in shipping, defects, etc.)
Missing items from your order

We’ll fix it immediately. Refund the difference or ship the missing/correct bars ASAP. You shouldn’t pay for our mistakes.

This return policy is extremely lax. We trust you. We expect the same in return.

Don’t order $500 worth of steel, keep it for six months, then return it all because you got bored. Don’t abuse the lifetime return policy by treating us like a free rental service.

We try to be fair. Be fair back. That’s the deal.

INJURY LIABILITY (Use Your Brain)

You’re buying steel bars designed to be bent with your hands. That’s their sole intended purpose.

If you use our steel for anything OTHER than bending—throwing it at someone, using it as a weapon, building a sketchy structure that collapses—that’s on you, not us.

The Short Steel Bending Company is not liable for injury or death resulting from misuse of our products. That’s the lawyer talk.

Steel bending is safe when done correctly. It’s DANGEROUS when done stupidly.

Right Ways To Bend:

Proper hand wrapping (suede or nylon)
Correct technique (we teach this in the intro booklet)
Progressive difficulty (don’t skip from the 190 to the 450 bar)
Adequate recovery between sessions
Listening to your body (pain vs. discomfort)

Wrong Ways To Bend:

No hand protection (enjoy torn skin)
Trying to bend bars way above your level (hello, tendon strain)
Training every single day (overuse injuries)
Using your body as leverage in unsafe ways
Bending while injured or recovering

We provide expert education in our intro booklet. Read it. Follow it. Don’t be the guy who ignores all safety advice then gets mad when he hurts himself.

Steel bending is a fantastic workout when performed in moderation with proper technique. Just like deadlifts, squats, or any other serious training.

Use common sense. Don’t be stupid. We can’t protect you from yourself.

Same-day fulfillment. Order by 3 PM EST, it ships that day. Order after 3 PM, it ships the next morning.

USA only. We don’t ship internationally. Don’t ask. The answer is no.
